Charlie Beach is a well-known and respected attorney with more than 21 years of experience in criminal felony and misdemeanor cases. He is an advocate for restorative justice programs, particularly dealing with drug and alcohol addictions issues. Charlie is an accomplished author, popular keynote speaker, and dedicated teacher who is admired by his peers for his unique ability to excel in any environment and approach each case with honesty and openness. Learn more >

Experience:

Charlie Beach attended Michigan State University and eventually DePaul College of Law.  He started his legal career in the Cook County Public Defender’s Office, and have continued to work in criminal defense for 20 years. He has handled thousands of cases and hundreds of trials defending the accused. His work experience includes appeals under Article III challenging the rulings of government bodies.

Beach is very proud of his advocacy work. He co-founded a pro bono program with the Chicago Bar Association to assist indigent people with driver’s license issues which has been operating for 15 years. He was also a founding board member of TLAB (transgender legal advisory board). TLAB provides free legal services to Trans people and sensitivity training to government agencies. Learn more >
