A SPECIAL ZONING HEARING for the 45th ward affordable housing development is taking place at 1:30 PM, MONDAY, MAY 22nd at City Hall.
We need our neighbors to show up and talk about affordable housing, advocate for why we need it, and show support for the veterans and disabled residents that will be given preference for housing units. We need to fight back against the racist and classist rhetoric of the people opposing this development, claiming that they shouldn’t have to allow working class people to live in their neighborhood.
